HURRiCHiLL™ Blast Chiller/Shock Freezer, Roll-in, remote refrigeration, accepts (1) mobile combi oven rack (configure below), 300 lbs. from 160° F to 38° F blast chill capacity/90 minutes, 180 lbs. 160° F to 0° Freeze capacity/240 minutes, 7" LCD touch screen controller with Quick Start & A La Carte functionality, (1) food probe, stainless steel interior & exterior, 6" stainless steel legs, UL EPH CLASSIFIED , ANSI/NSF, cUL (NOTE: This model is right-hand hinged, lead time may be increased - consult factory)
