Stainless-steel top surface is designed to withstand constant use of the IRINOX blast chiller unit, and includes stainless steel angle stops welded to table top at all 4 legs of equipment.
Equipped with double sided rack able to hold up to 4 full size sheet pans and 4 half size sheet pans, with 3 ½ " of space between each angled pair of slides.
This stand includes (4) stainless heavy-duty feet to restrain stand from movement during use. Stand ships fully assembled and is strapped to a pallet.
