Five Year Warranty, TDS (Total Delivery Service) includes inspection and delivery to customer’s location by authorized service agent. Also includes installation of casters, legs, and/or power cables (sold separately) as needed. Upon arrival at customer’s location, authorized service agent will set equipment in place and connect it to an existing electrical outlet or connection (dedicated electrical circuit with proper amperage must be provided by others). Agent will ensure adequate clearances and installation procedures are provided. A machine for which the customer purchased and completed the TDS and CTS services will carry a five (5) year parts warranty and a one (1) year labor warranty. Warranty subject to acceptance of automatic shipment and pre-approved electronic payment for all manufacturer recommended preventative maintenance kits (approximately every 6-months though varies by machine). Failure of timely purchase and installation of preventative maintenance kits will void the two-year extension period of the warranty.
